Terms of Service
Effective date: November 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of Reelply (reelply.actusapp.io), operated by ACTUS INOVA SIMPLES (I.S.), CNPJ 69.596.650/0001-48, R Otilia Soares de Mello 1111, Casa 40, Ribeirão Preto, SP 14028-506, Brazil ("we"). By connecting your Instagram account or using Reelply, you agree to them.
The service
Reelply lets you connect your Instagram professional account, see your posts and comments, and reply to comments publicly or by private reply. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.
Your account and responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 and authorized to manage the Instagram account you connect.
- You are responsible for everything you send through Reelply, as if you had sent it in Instagram.
- You must follow Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Platform policies, and all laws that apply to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Reelply to:
- send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or repetitive automated replies;
- harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone;
- send illegal, hateful or infringing content;
- get around Instagram's limits or messaging rules; or
- break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we use and how to delete it.
No warranty
Reelply is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It depends on Instagram's API, which may change, limit or stop working at any time, so we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every reply will be delivered.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or actions taken by Meta or Instagram on your account. Our total liability for any claim related to Reelply is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or zero, if you used it for free). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code where it applies.
Ending use
You can stop at any time by clicking Disconnect and removing Reelply in Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites. We may change or discontinue the service at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using Reelply after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the district (comarca) of Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil.
